Rant about relationships...

Relationships make you fat.

I have been in one for five years and I put on three stone since meeting him. I lost a bit of it, but ultimately never managed to keep it off. My life has started to revolve around food and today - whilst maintaining a good calorie level on my Skinny Girl Diet - he told me that he has seen a discount code for a pizza restaurant, and wants to order from them tonight.
You have to spend £50 for 50% off - do you know how much food that is?! I know when I am hungry I can finish it all, and then purge, but I want to stick to my diet and not deviate. If I do, I will gain more weight and never be able to get rid of it.

Weight Rant

Can't stand reading articles about people who lose weight whilst eating less mini rolls or chocolate than they used to. I have been cutting my food intake for years, and what happens?! I put on weight!
I am infuriated about this and I don't know what more I can do. 

I just want to be thin and beautiful.

I have been working harder than ever and to no avail. Please just lose weight!

Back to the daily grind...

I have not posted on here for over a year and I am sad to say that I have gained a stone from eating with little care for my body and exercising a small amount.
After changing my diet to a mindful and healthy one at the beginning of the year, I started losing a bit, but now I am immobilised due to a broken leg. So, I am fasting to get rid of the weight faster and I hope to lose this stone quickly and be back to my starting weight very soon!

Bikini Thinspo

I have been feeling a lot of negative feelings towards my body recently and I hate it so much. My thighs are huge and my boobs have grown larger than they have been for a few years. I cannot wait to lose more weight.
I am fasting every other day and I am trying to eat less than 800 calories on the days that I do eat, so I am still boosting my metabolism and trying to eat something so I don't lose too much too quickly.
In a few months, I am going on holiday and I intend to go swimming and sunbathe. So I need to be thinner. This is why I am restricting more.

I’m back (and so is ana)

so my job is a nightmare and nothing seems to be going right for me at the movement and I just want it all to come to an end, but unfortunately that is not how my life works. I’m going to push through everything and I am now controlling my eating due to ana making an appearance as I have been really ill recently. Hopefully this means that I will be able to eat less food. 

I have capped my allowance at 1000 and next week it will be down to 800 again and hopefully I can control it and restrict even further until I don’t eat very much at all. 
I feel very controlled and really good about myself as I don’t eat very much at the moment, and I am looking forward to be able to lose weight for next summer.
