Celeb thinspo

Taylor Swift:

T-swizzle is the first thinspo I always look to, because she is just flawless and I would give anything to have her body or her legs as well. She is someone that I aspire to be. She runs as well, which gives me hope for the type of body that I could achieve, providing I stay truly on track!
I would love to be able to wear crop tops and short skirts in the way that she does, because I cannot do that myself, but if I lost the weight to look like her - bearing in mind I am not that much shorter than her - I could be able to wear the clothes like her and look good too.
I would give anything to look like her.

Victoria's Secret Models:

They are my weakness, I would love to look like them or even be one.
One of my rewards when I reach my ultimate goal weight of 130lbs is to go to the VS store and by a set of lingerie or something like that. Or even something in the PINK range because I would finally be pretty enough to wear something that only the VS angels (or goddesses would wear)...
My favourite models are Karlie Kloss and Gigi Hadid, but I also love Miranda Kerr.
I cannot wait to look this good!

Stay strong, skinny and lovely!

Diets..

I wanted to make a post to share some diets, mainly the ones that I would like to try and have a go at soon.

Fasting:

This is one that I did blog about the other day because I did it for the first time for 24 hours properly.
One thing that you must remember when you are fasting is that drinking water is absolutely key to doing this! You must have at least (minimum) one sip of water an hour - if not more. The body can go days without eating, but you must drink something.

 Angel Diet:

Funnily enough, I love apples so I think I could do this diet. Victoria's Secret models are my thinspirations and I would love to look like them. I also really love running so it isn't much of a difference, so I would love to try this one day.

 The 10 Day Challenge:

This one sounds extreme, but I am sure with a little bit of discipline it should't be too hard to tackle, also you are able to eat up to 500 calories still in order to get the best score. I love keeping time and keeping score, so this could be the perfect one for me to try.

2468 Diet

This is a diet in which you go through the 200s until you reach 800 calories, and like the other image says, you then restart the diet. This is a good one as you can choose whether you fast for a day or whether you restart the diet. It could be done just the two times, or it could be done however many times you wanted to because the diet is very open.

Skinny Girl Diet

This diet could easily be done, as it is only 30 days, which is a month (in a non-leap year!) and it is very manageable as you can eat small amounts. You only have to fast once on this diet if you prefer not to fast. Or if you are new to Ana, it could be better to do this as you can still eat, but you are still restricting your diet, which is a positive first step to take towards ana.

The ABC (Ana Boot Camp) Diet:

This is one I definitely want to do... I could get through the others, but I am not so convinced about this 7 week diet. With some definite motivation and thinspo I think I could do this. But not for a while yet...

So, I have given you an idea of the different types of Ana diets that you could try. I would love to have a go at all of these at some point in the very near future - as I need to lose weight so it would highly benefit me.

I cannot wait to try some of these and tell you how they went!

Stay strong. Stay positive, my lovelies!

Inspirations and Thinspirations...

One of my lovely friends makes thinspo videos and I love watching them (I also love the music that accompanies them...), so this post is about some of the websites and thinspirations that I use to keep me motivated.

The first three youtube videos are by a channel called In Another Life - by the lovely Milla - and she is (hopefully I think) going to continue posting more thinspo videos as time goes on.

I'm gonna show you - by Bebe Rehxa

Beautiful - by Bethany Dillon

New American - by Halsey

I love using Tumblr as my main thinspiration source because I have a lovely blog where I reblog or blog my own pictures and thoughts to do with thinspo. I love Tumblr because there is so much on the website to explore along with tips and tricks.

Instagram and Pinterest are my next favourites, because there aren't as many tips and tricks to do with Ana, but there are more pictures of ideal bodies, which I love being able to save or like. But Pinterest is better as I am able to see different exercises and eating tricks, which you can then save to different boards.

More videos

I also love Before and After thinspo, as it keeps me positive about my weightloss journey.
Remember that Rome wasn't built in a day and neither is Ana. Ana is a journey that may take a while, but you can start to see the difference with time!

Stay strong. Stay positive my lovelies!

24 hours fasting...?

Well it was more like 25 hours without food.
I drank plenty of water on the side ^^

So basically, I was a bit dim and decided to do it on a day when work was busy and I was extremely busy working on the shop floor... But at the same time, I have come to learn that distractions are key to anything.

On the 17th June, I started my fast at 6:30pm, from which I started to count down 24 hours.

I didn't eat dinner that day because I didn't feel like it, but I started my fast after a bag of Proper Corn (my absolute favourite popcorn and really low in calories too!).
I made sure that I was drinking lots of water (and tea!) along the way.
I think 8 hours of this fast was sleeping, which made the beginning (the hardest part in my opinion) easier, because I couldn't be tempted to eat anything at all because I was asleep.

yes, I love Audrey Hepburn, way more than I
would like to admit, she is my idol.
Then, the first 5 hours after I woke up I didn't feel hungry at all and I got too complacent, thinking 'This will be fine, I won't feel hungry at all!'... How wrong I was... So at 1pm, my tummy started rumbling and I started to feel really lightheaded, but I thought of these quotes.

So it got easier, then I started to count down more, I thought that working out how long I had left would help curb my problem and my cravings. Which it really did.

By 6:30 I was so happy to know that I did a 24 hour fast and did it successfully. I struggled at times and yes there were moments when I thought that it could be easier to eat and get this over with, but really I would be cheating myself by eating.

It just goes to show that a bit of positivity and some discipline really go a long way.
Honestly, I would love to see if I could fast for a longer time next time I fast.
I am aiming to fast every Friday evening through to Saturday, as that is the best time for me to do it and I would love to see if I could even get to 48 hours without eating by next Sunday, but we will see when we get there and I will keep you updated!

Stay strong, Stay positive my lovelies!
