Couch to 5ks...

Now, this is really new to me, but I have just started - in the last week - a couch to 5k challenge.
I really want to be fitter and therefore I need to do more exercise than just Zumba, which was very successful and I did lose a stone, but I think it is time to step up my game and learn to love running. In between university time, I have found that I tend to eat a lot more, so I am hoping that this will help to balance that out and perhaps even eliminate my need to eat more food... I don't know quite where my thoughts are, but I hope that it will all even out one day...

Why running you ask?
Because in my lovely, yet crazy way of thinking, I believe that it is the right thing for me to run... Now I am not a cross-country runner or someone who was ever any good at running in school. I was the slowest and the most clumsiest runner I have ever met. I literally have no balance whatsoever. With this, I hope to be fitter and thinner soon enough. But it's going to be a long and difficult few weeks ahead, but I hope I can do it...

Taylor Swift is my thinspo, if she can run, then so can I...

I would love to look like her

So wish me luck!

Stay strong and positive, my lovelies!

Fasting?

So I haven't done a 24 hour fast before, but I am going to give it my best go. So it started tonight at 8 and will end at 8 tomorrow. Fingers crossed for me, I will stay as hydrated as possible and get through this. Because I will be at work all day, it should make it easier to fast without anyone noticing at all.

And whatever time you are looking at this, please remember to...

One day I would love to be able to do this...

If you aren't fasting, however, remember this...

Stay strong and positive lovelies!

xx

17 hours of fasting...

I cannot believe I did it!

17 hours without eating and it did not even affect me half as bad as I thought it would!

I kept thinking about this flow chart - do I really need it? Will it help me? Am I going to benefit from eating?
I am definitely stronger than this and I am sure that you are too :)

I am so proud that I have been able to succeed in my first step to truly losing the fat that has plagued me for the last two years!

I didn't feel as drained as I thought I would, I was just more worried that I was going to mess up...
Honestly, I was shopping for a bit and I went for a long walk, which meant that I had some good things to take my mind off of not eating...

I cannot wait to embody the thinspo of 'feet together thighs apart'
I literally look and feel as fat as this most days...
I cannot wait to be thinner and happier

This is just the first step to having a better life and a happier life.

Stay positive and lovely!

Hi...

Just another Thinspo blog...

This is a series of motivators, ideas and images in order to keep myself and anyone else on track!

Currently I feel like this...

and I would love to get to the point where I can do this...

But my ultimate goal is...

and I would love to have a transformation like this...

So, my stats...
I am 5'9"
186lbs but I started at 206lbs, so I have come further than I thought, but I would love to be 130lbs overall.

So stay strong my lovelies, because one day your thin dreams will come true!
You just need to stay positive!

Just remember...
